R & R Solutions is an independent specialist consultancy dedicated exclusively to foundations and geotechnical construction. Ruangrung Piriapokanon — Partner
Ruangrung is a senior foundations and geotechnical specialist with over 30 years of professional experience supporting complex foundation projects in both national and international settings.
His background spans concept development, tender-stage advisory, construction methodology, execution support, cost control, personnel coordination, and independent technical review. He has worked closely with contractors, designers, developers, and project teams on piling and geotechnical works under challenging ground conditions and demanding delivery constraints.
Ruangrung is recognised for his ability to bridge technical design intent with site realities. His approach is strongly execution-focused, prioritising buildable methods, defensible construction strategies, and early identification of ground-related and productivity risks.
Markus Richartz — Partner
Markus is a senior executive and foundations specialist with over 20 years of experience in construction and more than 15 years of international experience in geotechnical and foundation engineering across four continents.
He has held senior leadership roles including managing director, project director, and operations director, with full responsibility for the delivery of major foundation packages from tender through execution and close-out. His experience includes operational management, financial performance, cost control, productivity optimisation, risk management, client interface, and international project personnel coordination.
Markus brings a strong combination of technical understanding and commercial leadership. His work focuses on translating strategy into practical site-level outcomes, aligning engineering decisions with programme, cost, resource capability, and contractual realities.
